She is the Director of Codeando México, a civil society organization that promotes the use of technology to solve public problems. Previously, she was Director of Advocacy for the same organization. She has worked in the public sector, private initiative and the third sector with open innovation projects and citizen participation.

Aleister Montfort studied economics and political science at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
