MECATE is the international program of the Laboratory for Entrepreneurship and Transformation. We bring together entrepreneurs from all over the world so that, during the course of a week, they raise solutions fo problems within various social fields.
‘Mecatl’, comes from Nahuatl, the Mexican language. It is a rope made of fibers from the agave plant, and is used to tie and hold together various objects.
In Mecate we link and weave several ideas in order to propose new and better solutions to social issues.
